Refund & Returns Policy

We want every C'sLuxe client to be confident in their hair. Because hair extensions and wigs are personal-care products, returns are accepted under the conditions below.

Eligible returns

  • The item is unworn, untied, unwashed and uncut.
  • Original packaging, lace, and labels are intact.
  • Return is requested within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-returnable

  • Customised, dyed, cut, or installed units
  • Service bookings already completed
  • Items returned after 48 hours

Damaged or wrong item

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, send a photo within 24 hours of delivery on WhatsApp 0559002514. We'll arrange a free replacement.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are sent to the original Mobile Money or bank account within 5 working days of receiving the returned item.

Service deposits

Booking deposits are refundable if cancelled at least 24 hours before the appointment.
